The higher calorie foods are stacked earlier in the day when your metabolism is working at it’s peak. If you’re not and you’re on the Classic or Type 2 menu it is fine to interchange them. And remember ... even losing 2-lbs in a 3-week period is better than gaining weight or doing nothing (to address weight loss needs) for most of ’us’ who need to lose excess weight. The person who is losing at the stated slow rate might have a metabolic issue.
